Using an activity export, you can feed external systems with information found in an email. Periodically, two files will be placed on a SFTP server: a broadcast file with in it all information about the sending of emails that took place and an activity file with in it all activities that customers have shown.
This extension sends a literal copy of an email to an SFTP location.
With Clang’s barcode module, it’s possible to add EAN13 or code128 barcodes to your email. Based on this barcode, you can check in your point-of-sale system which customers have cashed the action.

You can use a Public FTP for hosting images, CSS files or other files that you need in public. e-Village offers its own FTP for seamless integration with Clang. You can use images on the FTP in emails and templates. The FTP can be directly accessed from the Clang File Manager.
The extension RSS feed import enables you to retrieve real time external data for the purpose of daily offers, but also the latest news on a specific subject. For loading external content, Clang has two flexible solutions.
A SFTP location is a location to securely store files. Clang has its own SFTP location. Files that are stored here can automatically be linked to Clang. Think, for example, of images that need to be placed in a specific spot in an email or a personalised attachment.
Smart Run is a form of A/B testing where you send different emails to a small badge. After a (predetermined) period of time, Clang checks which mailing variant has scored the best. This winning variant is then sent to the rest of the addressees.
There are two types of text message modules available; inbound and outbound. With outbound, you can send a text message yourself, but the recipient can’t send anything back. This can be used, for example, for reminders. Inbound text messages are to initiate interaction. In this case, someone can send a text message to a short code. Based on one or more keywords, the message is linked to your brand or campaign and you can process this data within a Clang campaign.
Receiving data from an external system and linking it to Clang like it’s an import? It can be done with Clang’s Webhook Receiver. You can create your own endpoints and API structure and send all data real time to Clang. With the Webhook Receiver, you can start a campaign after the data has come in for an order confirmation or abandoned shopping cart.
